As a HUGE fan of Nola, I can't let today pass without wishing everyone a very merry Mardi Gras or Fat Tuesday for those of us who don't speak French! So grab some friends, head to your nearest Cajun or Creole restaurant, and have yourself a hurricane (or four) along with some jambalaya, seafood gumbo or crawfish etouffee in celebration of this great tradition and ville magnifique!
